Sharp, clear business writing is key to creating compelling marketing and other content in the digital age. Even in our video-obssessed times, thought leadership, knowledge translation and knowledge sharing still take place largely in writing.

I am a former journalist and editorial trainer. I worked at the BBC for 14 years where I trained editorial teams in feature writing.
